Rotana Hotel – Riyadh
Situated on Olayya Street, the heart of Riyadh’s financial district, the Rotana Hotel demonstrates ADEX’s experience in large-scale hospitality developments. Built to international standards on an area of 36,000 m², the hotel includes 235 keys, restaurants, lounges, ballrooms, a terrace pool, spa, office spaces, and an ADEX corporate office on the top floor. ADEX served as the primary contractor for this high-stakes project, delivering complex hospitality infrastructure with precision scheduling and premium finishing standards.
