ADEX was proud to deliver the 3rd Batha Quraish Hotel in Makkah, showcasing our capability in executing space-efficient hotel structures within high-density urban zones. The Batha Quraish Hotel 3 is a vertically planned high-rise hospitality project in Makkah, designed to maximize built-up area and operational efficiency. Spanning 16,338.86 m² across 12 floors, the development includes basement, ground, mezzanine, backing, and upper roof levels. ADEX delivered this high-rise contracting project with precision, ensuring efficient scheduling, structural reliability and operational readiness.
