Shati Palace – Jeddah
The Shati Hotel is a large-scale hospitality development in Jeddah, designed to accommodate high guest capacity within a structured multi-level layout. Built over 17,847.16 m² on a 3,000 m² land parcel, the 11-floor hotel features 204 rooms, multiple basement levels, and dedicated service floors. The project is valued at SAR 107 million, and ADEX proudly delivered it to ensure operational efficiency and precision. We executed this large-scale hospitality project with structural engineering expertise and operational efficiency at the forefront of our efforts.
