ADEX Tower is one of the finest commercial developments in Jeddah built with a focus on structural efficiency and modern design. The tower consists of 18 floors and also includes 6 floors of parking space to accommodate 130 cars.
American International School – Jeddah
ADEX proudly delivered this project to support advanced learning environments in Saudi Arabia. The American International School was constructed on an area of approximately 48,000 m² and comprises classroom building, sports facilities, libraries, auditorium, and more to facilitate a variety of co-curricular activities for students. ADEX delivered comprehensive contracting services, integrating academic, sports, and administrative facilities within a cohesive educational campus.
