It was a proud moment when ADEX got approved for the second time to serve the American international school project. This time, it is a housing project for the school management and staff.

The project is located along Jeddah corniche (Al-Shati District) with beautiful sea view, covers an area of about 9,773 m2. It has two compounds with nine residential towers, one compound with four towers for American management staff housing and the other with five residential towers described as a Private Housing Compound. Each Tower in both compounds consists of four typical floors with ground, annex floor and roof. The private housing compound with five towers has a basement with underground parking. Every tower has different specifications with 2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments. The Annex Floor/Penthouse has a wide area for gathering with private and public spaces allocated. These compounds possess recreational outdoor sports field tennis court, mini football field, gymnasium, and kids play area, swimming pool with kid’s pool, family sitting area and Barbecue. The area has full landscape with beautiful trees, shrubs with auto sprinklers. Fully furnished kitchens are provided in each apartment. Each tower has one elevator going up to annex floor. Each tower has firefighting system with split units in rooms and the machines are located on the roof. There is sufficient parking with sign boards (Directional Signs) at the ground floor and basement.

This housing project is fully equipped with latest security features. Thus, this Project as described above has full systems as desired by any modern building in the present era of construction.
