This housing project for school management and staff in Al-Shati district with a beautiful seaview was the second project executed by ADEX for the American International School in Jeddah. The project consists of 5 towers for housing along with a multitude of recreational facilities such as tennis court, mini football field, gym, kids playground, swimming pool, family lounge area, and much more. ADEX executed the multi-tower residential development with full infrastructure coordination, delivering a complete housing environment for staff and management.
