Bonita Village is one of the biggest residential projects on the Riyadh–Qassim highway and is designed to support modern community living. It covers an area of 45,000 m² and hosts a 5-star hotel, fitness centers, a party lounge, a mall, a mosque, spa centers, and many more amenities. ADEX executed the project with a strong emphasis on construction quality, safety, and functionality, delivering durable residential infrastructure aligned with international standards. We managed full construction operations, coordinating complex infrastructure and multi-facility execution within a unified masterplan.
