The tower consists of 18 floors and also includes 6 floors of parking space to accommodate 130 cars.

A luxury hospitality project, the Rosewood Hotel & Spa showcases ADEX’s expertise in five-star hotel construction. Bonita Village is one of the biggest residential projects on the Riyadh–Qassim highway and is designed to support modern community living. It covers an area of 45,000 m² and also host a 5-star hotel, fitness centers, a party lounge, a mall, a mosque, spa centers, and many more amenities. ADEX executed the project with a strong emphasis on construction quality, safety, and functionality, delivering durable residential infrastructure aligned with international standards.
Aziziah Palace Hospital – Riyadh
Aziziah Hospital is a major healthcare project delivered with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with medical infrastructure standards. Rotana Hotel – Riyadh
Situated on Olayya Street, the heart of Riyadh’s financial district, the Rotana Hotel demonstrates ADEX’s experience in large-scale hospitality developments. Built to international standards on an area of 36,000 m², the project combines functional design, structural precision, and high-quality construction suitable for premium hotel operations for distinguished guests. The hotel boasts 235 keys, restaurants and lounges, ballrooms, an open terrace swimming pool with an adjoining spa and office spaces.
I-Mall – Riyadh
I-Mall is a commercial retail development constructed to accommodate the unique retail functions of top-of-the-line automobile brands such as Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Lamborghini and so on. This 3-storey car mall is built over an area of 36,000 m². ADEX delivered the project with strong structural planning, efficient space utilization, and compliance with commercial building standards.
