By getting the Arab Open University contract, ADEX is a proud contributor in Kingdom’s education sector. We are very thankful to the KEO International Consultants for choosing us as the main contractor for this prestigious project. The project is located in Madinah Al Munawara.

ADEX as a main contractor is responsible for full construction of the building whichconsists of 36,068 M2 of total area with 11,500 M2 of buiصlt up area.

It is a 3 floor building with basement which includes spacious class room,Auditorium, management building and recreational area. Contemporary security systems have been used to make the building safer and easily accessible.

it is designed with Islamic patterns in harmony with the nature of city and confirm the Islamic identity of Al Madinah Al Munawara, also it is distinguished by spaces covered with ETFE which is new technology recently be used in Saudi Arabia

There is a quite sufficient parking for students, staff as well as for guests. A modern landscape design will not let people to miss the greenery. Thus, ADEX would give it 100% to make the project a success.

و يتكون المبنى من ثلاثة أدوار مع دور قبو و يحوي قاعات دراسية , مكاتب أدارية , قاعة مؤتمرات, و مجهز بأحدث أنظمة الأمن و السلامة لضمان أمن و سلامة المنشأ

كما صمم المبنى بالنقوش الإسلامية التي تتناغم مع طبيعة المدينة و تؤكد الهوية الإسلامية للمدينة المنورة, و تتميز الفراغات داخل المبنى بتغطيتها بمادة ETFEو هي تقنية حديثة باتت تستخدم مؤخراً في المملكة العربية السعودية .

يحوي المشروع على مواقف سيارات كافية للموظفين و الزوار , مع مسطحات خضراء خارجية .
