Batha Quraish Hotel 2 is a multi-storey hospitality project in Makkah designed to serve high guest volumes with efficiency and comfort. Built over a total built-up area of 11,601.68 m², the 13-floor hotel comprises 204 rooms, including basement, mezzanine, and upper roof levels. ADEX executed the vertical hospitality structure with optimized space planning, coordinated systems installation and timely project delivery.
